X-Ray Representation Of A Body Doing Yoga

Yoga has taken the world by storm in recent years, and for good reason. Everyone from college students to professional athletes are doing it to keep their bodies in tip-top shape.

That said, do we really know what yoga does to our bodies at a fundamental level? Or to put it another way, why exactly is it so beneficial?

This video, which shows a graphical representation of what happens to the skeleton during yoga, helps to answer that question.

Trust me, when you see just how significant of an effect yoga has in limbering up your old bones and joints, you’ll want to go out, buy a mat, and start a regimen yourself.
